1. The service

PayNest UK LLC operates a free-to-play skill-based tournament platform. Players answer quiz questions and the top-scoring player on each tournament wins the listed prize. No purchase or payment of any kind is ever required.

2. Eligibility

Players must be 18+ and reside in a jurisdiction where skill-based prize contests are lawful. One account per person.

3. Entries

Entries are an in-app credit earned by free actions (rewarded ads, daily streaks, referrals, signup bonus). Entries have no cash value and cannot be purchased, sold, or transferred.

4. Tournaments

Each tournament defines its prize, entry cost, time window, and rules. Winners are determined strictly by quiz score and time. Cheating, automation, or multi-accounting voids entries and may result in a ban.

5. Prize fulfillment

Winners will be contacted via the email on their account and may be required to verify identity before prize delivery. Shipping is provided where lawful.

6. Disclaimer

Service is provided "as is". PayNest UK LLC reserves the right to modify or cancel tournaments at its discretion.
