Account information: email address, display name, country, and password (stored hashed).
Service activity: business-formation orders, project briefs, document uploads, invoices, and support messages.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and pages viewed, collected through standard server logs and analytics.
Payment data: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We never store full card numbers on our servers.

9. Children

Our service is intended for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), encryption at rest, hashed passwords, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password and notify us immediately of any suspected breach.

11. International transfers

We are based in the United States and our processors operate globally. Where required by law we use standard contractual clauses to protect transfers of personal data outside the EEA or UK.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes we'll notify registered users by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
