Form a US LLC as a non-US resident — no travel, no SSN
PayNest serves founders outside the United States. We file your LLC, apply for your EIN through the non-resident route, and give you the registered agent and US business address the state requires — all for $209 all-in.
Choose your country
Each guide covers the paperwork, payment options and timelines specific to founders in that country.
US LLC for Pakistan
Pakistani freelancers, Amazon sellers and agencies lose clients and payouts because they can't invoice as a US company. A US LLC fixes that: a real US entity, an EIN, and access to the payment rails your clients already use.

Indian SaaS founders, D2C brands and service agencies use a US LLC to bill international customers in USD, look local to US buyers, and keep a clean corporate structure alongside their Indian operations.

Bangladesh has one of the world's largest freelancer populations, and the biggest ceiling is credibility: marketplaces and direct clients pay more to companies than to individuals. A US LLC removes that ceiling.

Nigerian startups and agencies use a US LLC to invoice global clients in USD, sign contracts under US law, and present a structure investors and processors already understand.

Common questions
Can a non-US resident own a US LLC?
Yes. There is no citizenship or residency requirement to own a US LLC. You never need to travel to the United States, and you can be the 100% single owner of the company.
Can I get an EIN without an SSN or ITIN?
Yes. Non-US residents without an SSN or ITIN receive their EIN through the IRS Form SS-4 route (fax/mail processing). We prepare and file it for you and deliver the EIN confirmation letter to your dashboard.
Which state should a non-resident choose?
Wyoming is the usual choice for online businesses and freelancers: low annual cost and strong owner privacy. Delaware suits founders planning to raise investment. We'll recommend one during intake — the price is the same either way.
Do I have to visit the US or provide US documents?
No. Everything is remote: your passport, an address in your home country, and the online intake are enough. Our registered agent and business address in the US cover the local requirements.
How much does it cost in total?
$209 all-in for the formation itself — $160 mandatory state filing fee paid to the Secretary of State plus a $49 flat PayNest service fee. Optional extras (EIN, registered agent, virtual address, notary) are shown as separate line items before you pay.
PayNest UK LLC is an independent business filing service and is not a law firm, tax adviser, or government agency. Timelines depend on the state and the IRS.
